Terms of Use

These terms govern use of ER Finance (“the application”), internal software operated by Ezekiel Rain for consolidated financial reporting across Ezekiel Rain, Inc. and Ezekiel Rain Foundation.

Internal use only

The application is not a public or commercial service. It is not offered for sale, licence or subscription, and there is no public registration. Access is granted by invitation to authorised Ezekiel Rain staff and board members, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Permitted use

Authorised users agree to:

• Use the application only for Ezekiel Rain business, and only within the scope of their role.
• Keep their account credentials confidential and not share access with anyone else.
• Treat financial and personal data seen in the application as confidential, and not disclose it outside the organisation without authorisation.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to joelk@erthailand.org promptly.

Relationship to accounting records

The application reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online and never writes to it. QuickBooks remains the system of record. Reports produced here are management information derived from that data; they are not audited financial statements and do not replace the organisation’s statutory accounts or its auditors’ work.

No warranty

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Ezekiel Rain accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the application.

Third-party services

The application integrates with QuickBooks Online and other third-party services. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Ezekiel Rain is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
